I’m no stranger to navigating major transitions or setting off in new directions.

I have spent my career and adult life helping transform lives and communities. I've worked across non-profit, higher education, and healthcare sectors. And I've made big changes myself. Some have been personal and some professional. I know, first-hand, the value of having a dedicated thinking partner to help see possibilities as well as barriers along the way as you consider, prepare for, and make a change or transition.

My clients work in many sectors - international business, marketing, human resources, engineering, healthcare, non-profit, education, and more. But they all share a desire to navigate changes - whether voluntary or involuntary - with less stress and more ease and flow.

I have an undergraduate degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. I also hold professional coaching credentials from the University of Wisconsin Certified Professional Coach Program (UWCPC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC).

When I'm not coaching, you can find me exploring new places (I love adventures, whether they happen far from home or in my backyard), traveling, and spending time outdoors - hiking, paddling, camping, or sitting quietly on a rock or in a hammock and enjoying the view.

Some things I've done (so far)...
